You deserve to live your best life!
But what can you do to stay cool when hot flashes continue to bother you?
Studies have revealed a significant reduction in the number and severity of hot flashes, the number of night sweats, and state–trait anxiety severity. Dr. Martha Lucas, L.Ac. empowers and educates women by helping you learn, at-home, easy and effective techniques based on Chinese medicine for reducing hot flashes.
Watch, listen, and learn how to use acupressure to balance your hormonal system and relieve hot flashes. It works for night sweats too! And, you can watch the presentation whenever you want so it will be easy to make those hot flashes stop.
To give yourself acupressure, apply pressure at the point with your thumb, finger, or a tool/probe (Dr. Lucas talks about it in the presentation). The pressure should be firm but not painful. The thumb or finger can be circled around in the area in a clockwise motion for at least 5-10 seconds. If you find that applying pressure does not help, first check to be sure you have the correct point location, and then press into the point from a different angle.
