Acupressure Therapy at Home for Hot Flashes

To give yourself acupressure, apply pressure at the point with your thumb, finger, or a tool/probe (Dr. Lucas talks about it in the presentation). The pressure should be firm but not painful. The thumb or finger can be circled around in the area in a clockwise motion for at least 5-10 seconds.
